E-Stop then Abort.

RSIActionE_STOP_MODIFY 

E-Stop using a Deceleration and Jerk Percent.

RSIActionE_STOP_MODIFY_ABORT 

E-Stop using a Deceleration and Jerk Percent then Abort.
