This is an overloaded member function, provided for convenience. It differs from the above function only in what argument(s) it accepts.

Parameters

timeoutMilliseconds	custom timeout before you get an error message.
startMode	can be either PREOPERATIONAL or OPERATIONAL
startupMethod	RSINetworkStartupMethod
